M3 Kassensystemby MindMeshLab

For investors

The product is built. Now it needs selling.

M3 Kassensystem is the operating system for restaurants: till, tables, kitchen, delivery, drivers, online ordering, payments, staff and fiscal records in one connected system. It runs today in restaurants that pay for it — built by one founder, funded out of his own pocket. What's missing isn't technology, but someone to show it to the next hundred restaurants.

01 / The product

One picture says more than a feature list.

At the centre is the restaurant's till. Everything else hangs off it — every line is a real workflow, not a diagram. Tap a building block.

Everything hangs off one till.

M3 Kassensystem – a POS system for restaurants – brings till, QR, phone and online orders together in one place. Your team sees at once what happens next – and has more time for the guests.

  1. The heartYour till is the hub.

Every order channel ends here, and from here kitchen, drivers, payment and reports carry on. A transaction is entered once and never typed in again.

    • One order, one status
    • Keeps running without internet
    • Several tills in the same restaurant

02 / Why now

Three developments that won't wait.

All three are documented and verifiable — each card names its source.

01Duty with a deadline

Every till must be reported to the tax office.

Since 1 January 2025, reporting electronic recording systems has been mandatory, with new systems due within one month. Businesses have to deal with their till — the best moment to reach them.

02The money is moving

In hospitality, almost half is still cash.

In retail, around 65 percent of turnover went through cards in 2025; in hospitality, about 45 percent of payments are still cash. That remainder is shifting right now — and whoever supplies till and payments from a single source grows with it.

03Pressure in the business

The industry is shrinking. Whatever saves work gets bought.

The number of hospitality businesses in Germany fell from 222,442 in 2019 to 206,105 in 2024. Among roughly 146,000 food-service businesses, it isn't the longest feature list that decides, but the working hours saved.

03 / Business model

Two revenue streams, per restaurant.

The second grows with the customer's business, without having to win another customer.

01

The licence

Every business pays monthly for its till. Predictable, recurring, and cheaper than what a restaurant spends today on several separate solutions combined.

02

The payment

Card payments run through the business's own merchant account; MindMeshLab receives an agreed fee per payment. When the restaurant's turnover grows, so does ours.

04 / Where we stand

An honest assessment, no gloss.

The product is proven. What isn't proven yet is that customers can be won predictably — that is exactly what we're raising capital for.

It runs, it isn't a plan

Till, Scan & Order, phone orders, kitchen, delivery with driver app, payments, staff, stock, TSE and tax-office exports are built and in daily use in restaurants across the region.

Paying customers, not a pilot

The restaurants pay monthly for their licence and process their card payments through the system. Anyone who wants to meet them will find them on the home page.

Built without outside money

Developed, operated and rolled out to customers without external capital to date — by one founder who personally answers for every line of the system.

05 / What we're looking for

A partner, not an anonymous account.

Few stakeholders, but ones who understand the market.

Experience, not just money

The best fit is someone who knows hospitality or sales and understands how to turn good products into predictable deals.

A first, manageable step

We're talking about a first round with business angels, not a large financing. The money goes into sales: people who show restaurants what the system can do.

Full documentation on request

Key figures, customer numbers, pricing, cost plan and milestones are ready — as confidential access that we hand over personally.

Shall we talk?

Thirty minutes are enough to see the system live and check the numbers. Technical questions are answered by the founder himself — he built it. Afterwards you get personal, time-limited access to the complete documentation.
